Premium community subscription
Your first payment comes with a 14-day refund window. If premium isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no hoops, no hard feelings.
Cancelling — you can cancel anytime, with no minimum term. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Renewal payments are not refundable, so if you're done, just cancel before your next billing date.
1-to-1 mentorship sessions
- Rescheduling — free anytime up to 24 hours before your session, directly through your Calendly booking link.
- Cancellation — cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund.
- No-shows and late cancellations — sessions missed or cancelled within 24 hours are not refundable, as that time was reserved for you.
- If we cancel — you choose: a full refund or a priority rebooking.
How to request a refund
Email hello@princytrades.com from the address you purchased with, and include your order reference if you have it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What refunds don't cover
Refunds aren't available for trading losses, dissatisfaction with market outcomes, or removal from the community for conduct violations under our Terms of Service.
